您的南非葡萄酒指南：2022 年的五星级葡萄酒

Platter’s by Diners Club Wine Guide 公布了备受期待且享有盛誉的葡萄酒名单，该名单在 2022 年新版中获得了最高五颗星的评级。

在 Platter’s 获得广受欢迎的五星级评级的葡萄酒必须经过经验丰富的专家团队的严格的视觉和盲饮评估（即有无标签）。被判定为“最高级，南非经典”的装瓶将获得最高的五颗星评级，在 100 分评分标准中等于 95 分或更高。

在 2022 年版中获得这一殊荣的 234 款葡萄酒涵盖了 28 个不同类别的全部酿酒风格和方法。红酒和白酒混酿是最大的类别，与以前的版本一样，分别有 46 和 27 个单独的标签。近年来在品质方面取得显著进步的白诗南/白珍妮Chenin blanc是第二大的类别，拥有 27 款卓越的葡萄酒。

今年的霞多丽/夏多内Chardonnay表现特别出色，有 19 瓶装瓶来自不同的地点。另一个表现强劲的是赤霞珠/卡伯纳苏维翁Cabernet Sauvignon，拥有 15 款葡萄酒，其中绝大多数来自斯泰伦博斯Stellenbosch地区。

反映在五星级产品阵容中的是当今塑造南非葡萄酒的许多关键趋势，例如对神索Cinsault和可伦巴尔Colombard等传统品种的复兴和重新诠释；质地较轻、酒精度较低的红葡萄酒；使用粘土和混凝土容器代替橡木进行发酵和/或陈酿。
