您的南非葡萄酒指南：2022 年的五星級葡萄酒

Platter’s by Diners Club Wine Guide 公佈了備受期待且享有盛譽的葡萄酒名單，該名單在 2022 年新版中獲得了最高五顆星的評級。

在 Platter’s 獲得廣受歡迎的五星級評級的葡萄酒必須經過經驗豐富的專家團隊的嚴格的視覺和盲飲評估（即有無標籤）。被判定為“最高級，南非經典”的裝瓶將獲得最高的五顆星評級，在 100 分評分標準中等於 95 分或更高。

在 2022 年版中獲得這一殊榮的 234 款葡萄酒涵蓋了 28 個不同類別的全部釀酒風格和方法。紅酒和白酒混釀是最大的類別，與以前的版本一樣，分別有 46 和 27 個單獨的標籤。近年來在品質方面取得顯著進步的白詩南/白珍妮Chenin blanc是第二大的類別，擁有 27 款卓越的葡萄酒。

今年的霞多麗/夏多內Chardonnay表現特別出色，有 19 瓶裝瓶來自不同的地點。另一個表現強勁的是赤霞珠/卡伯納蘇維翁Cabernet Sauvignon，擁有 15 款葡萄酒，其中絕大多數來自斯泰倫博斯Stellenbosch地區。

反映在五星級產品陣容中的是當今塑造南非葡萄酒的許多關鍵趨勢，例如對神索Cinsault和可倫巴爾Colombard等傳統品種的復興和重新詮釋；質地較輕、酒精度較低的紅葡萄酒；使用粘土和混凝土容器代替橡木進行發酵和/或陳釀。
